The customer wanted a ring made similar to one her friend has using her diamond.  Below is a picture of the ring I used to copy this one from.
As you can see, the original was cast. Mine is constructed from metal.
I didn't like the whimpy settings that my suppliers sold
so I constructed the setting as well. The setting above is in white gold.
